Dennis M. Sloan is the founding shareholder of Sloan & Associates, P.C. and currently concentrates his practice in the areas of bankruptcy law, oil & gas law and business law.
Dennis was graduated magna cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science degree in English. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Criminal Procedure.
Dennis is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Tax Court.
